In the my last two posts (Why agents are the next unlock and The changing marketing stack) I made two key arguments related to a marketer’s holy grail of delivering the right message to the right person, at the right time and with the right channel:

  1. The next unlock in marketing is agents, not tools, because what holds marketing back is a context and coordination gap, not a missing feature.
  2. A new layer is forming in the stack to close that gap: a context and intelligence layer that actually knows your business and can direct the work, and that AI-native companies are best positioned to deliver that layer.

So, practically speaking, what does a context and intelligence layer for marketing actually look like?

The context and intelligence layer for marketing looks like a control plane that’s connected to all of your external marketing tools and data. It stores ongoing context, like your successful previous campaign details, and acts on your behalf in ways you allow.

This is Agent Studio.

Agent Studio is the command center for your marketing team. It sits across all your tools and makes them act as one. It does three things.

  1. It increases throughput. It runs the full lifecycle campaign workflow in a fraction of the time, from brief to experiment design and optimization, removing weeks of manual work.
  2. It coordinates and executes on its own. Agents coordinate on your behalf, routing briefs for feedback, collecting stakeholder input, and surfacing suggestions, so marketers focus on strategic priorities, not logistics.
  3. It raises the quality of your work. Past briefs, campaign reports, the weekly inputs that teams can't function without, Agent Studio ingests it all so every brief, experiment, and recommendation is grounded in your brand, your customers, and what has actually worked before. The result is work that sounds like you and reflects your context on the first pass, not generic output you have to rewrite. And it gets sharper every time you use it.

Agent Studio ships with the same enterprise-grade security, reliability, and agent governance your team already expects, so you stay in control at every step. Set approvers for any action, define what agents can do autonomously versus what needs sign-off, and adjust those limits as your trust grows. Nothing runs outside the bounds you set.

Ways you can use it

Agent Studio fits in seamlessly with your day to day marketing activities, helping you increase your throughput and increase the quality of your work as it acts under your direction.

Here are a few of the ways you can use Agent Studio as soon as you’ve connected it to your various tools:

Weekly performance write-up

Instead of spending hours pulling from five dashboards, agents pull the raw data from your tools and give a finished write-up (and charts!!) automatically. Agent Studio traces what moved and why, including the segments that shifted, the experiments that won, and what to do next.

Always-on campaign audit

Rather than waiting for a quarterly campaign review, Agent Studio continuously monitors journey health and surfaces the steps dragging your performance. It flags underperformers, like a re-engage step down 41%, and fixes them in your SFMC or ESP automatically, no review cycle required.

Real-time signal diagnosis

Agents detect a brand-signal spike, generate the audience, recommend actions for approval proactively, so marketers can launch a campaign in days instead of weeks.

Funnel drop diagnosis

Stop guessing why conversion stalls. Agent Studio maps exactly where users fall off in the funnel, pinpointing the biggest drop, like the 38% lost between Browse and Cart, and tells you the exact step and the reason behind it.

Running ABM end to end

What used to take many tools, teams, and manual handoffs now runs as one automated loop. From target-account visits to profile-building to generating the page and email, getting Slack approval, and shipping, every step is logged with insights and no relay between teams.

Why we built it

Agents were always part of our plan. We started with Auxia Decisioning, the engine that picks the right message for each customer and powers 1:1 personalization at scale, because getting that decision right is the hardest problem in marketing. But working with enterprise teams made one thing clear: decisioning is only half the battle. The best decision in the world still lands on a team buried in briefs, approvals, reporting, and a dozen disconnected tools. To deliver the full transformation customers were after, we had to close that gap too.

Auxia’s Agent Studio does just that; it is the context and intelligence layer, the ongoing memory of your marketing team. People compound judgment over years on the job, which is why every CMO knows the pain of losing their best marketer and all the institutional knowledge they possess. Agent Studio compounds learning the same way, across every campaign and every marketer, so the marketing stack is finally intelligent at every layer, including with Auxia Decisioning powering 1:1 personalized experiences at scale.

All of this happens under your direction, inside the boundaries you set. The agents take on more as they earn your confidence, but never more than you have granted.

Now, I want to be clear about something: we did not build Agent Studio to make your current workflow a little faster. Most AI falls into this trap of adopting revolutionary technologies but leaving existing processes, and it is worth remembering that the steam engine didn’t change the world by being strapped to a water wheel. It changed the world once factories and processes were redesigned around it.

AI is the same. You do not capture the value by adding agents to your existing flows. You capture it by reimagining the flows for agents.

Getting started and how it works with Decisioning

The Auxia platform now has two distinct products:

  1. Auxia Agent Studio: AI marketing agents that research, plan, build, QA, and ship, orchestrating work across the tools you already run, from Braze to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  2. Auxia Decisioning: the engine that makes the one-to-one, real-time decision on the optimal experience (e.g. message, channel, timing, frequency, incentive) for each customer for many of the largest brands in the world.

They’re built to work together: Agent Studio frames the campaign, audience, and brand voice, then handles all coordination internally with teams and externally with your other tools, while Decisioning makes the per-customer decision inside that frame. Most teams start with Agent Studio and add Decisioning as they grow.

Agent Studio is priced based on your team’s size and usage, so you can start based on your team’s needs at the moment and expand as agents take on more of the work. Most of the teams using it today have been able to get up and running with their first use cases in less than a week.

The goal is still the goal

The goal of a 10x marketing organization is still the same: elevate the marketer and help them deliver the best experiences to their customers and prospects.

AI agents make this possible. The teams that rebuild around agents now will compound their advantage with every campaign and every decision, while the ones that wait will spend the next few years chasing a system that only gets further ahead.

We’re excited to introduce Agent Studio and help companies as they embrace more fully the power of AI agents.
